Scope of Services. Through this Site, Excellent Moments markets and arranges Wedding Officiant, Ordained Minister, Life Coach, Counseling, Event Planning, Wedding Ceremonies. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://weddingofficiantvonormy.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Excellent Moments or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Excellent Moments does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Excellent Moments's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Excellent Moments from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TX law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TX for any related dispute.

Modifications. Excellent Moments may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
